2 p.m. deadline for notification - Please submit the online form (below) by 2 p.m.
3:30 p.m. deadline for pick up - Please arrive at the office by 3:30 p.m. to avoid impact on dismissal procedures.

Change in Dismissal

Use the form below to report a change in the way your student will go home. Be sure to select a reason for the change and leave details in the Notes Section that follows. If your child is going home with another student, we need a change of dismissal from both parents.
